EQ Innovation Lab is a multidisciplinary meetup and a circle community of professionals where we explore the skills connected to emotional intelligence, like empathy, negotiation, understanding others, change management,  Psychological safety at work, leveraging diversity, trust and meaningful connections.

We benefit from the collective knowledge from professionals in different industries and build community that supports with expertise to our Business Consultancy at Alreal Consulting.

Every month we organize interactive workshops and fireside chats. We invite external speakers to learn from different disciplines how EQ is changing organizatons and teams.

As a Lab, we experiment the impact of EQ in  multiple disciplines like arts, economy, technology among others.

We offer training to remote teams in the IT business and support start-ups in improving their communication with customers, suppliers and work teams.

We  promote innovation using EQ in life, work, business and society,

We encourage our community to be innovative, develop strong connections and share experiences.

We use gamification and interactive simulations to develop and improve skills.

ACADEMY: The facilitators at EQ Innovation Lab challenge passive learning through online interactive, down to earth training. We learn WITH and THROUGH the community.

BUSINESS LAB: As innovators, we understand the struggle to start and maintain a business around your services when there is so much noise telling us how you SHOULD do things. We listen to you empathically first and then find the answer that fits YOUR REALITY.
